Write about a couple who take a vacation to a very remote location, with the goal of reconnecting and reconciling a 15-year marriage. The couple is seen by the innkeeper, store keep, etc, and none have much good to say about the couple in terms of how they appear to be getting on.
Then, one of them disappears while on a hike.
The remaining spouse has a completely unbelievable explanation as to what happened to his/her partner.
How does he/she convince the authorities that it’s true? Is it true? What really happened?
